A 'tip to see' menu system that allows 3 different menu lists, and up to 15 goals.

Also, added up to 10 additional advert messages sent with the timed advert message.

Each goal can be defined with a token total needed to reach and if it resets the current tip jar. Also, each goal has the option to change between one of the three lists.

Commands:
/list - List the current tip menu

/goals - Lists the goals for this show and which have been achieved

/fthelp - Lists some help text

Mod and Broadcaster commands

/tiplist - List of people who have tipped

/tipped - Indicates if a specific user has tipped

/sendlist - Send tip menu to a specific user

/blist - Broadcasts the current tip list to all users

The following 3 commands are useful if CB kills the app or the broadcaster has other problems.

/setgoal - Allows broadcaster to set the current goal, overriding the current tiptotal.

/settotal - Allows broadcaster to set current tip jar total

/addtotal - Adds the tokens to the current tip jar
