Added rudimentary implementation of Blapp! app (optional) for full implementation you can use Blapp! by prnsvh . Only mod and model can blapp unblapp someone. BLAPP SOME: /blapp user_name UNBLAPP SOME: /unblapp user_name LIST OF BLAPPED NAMES /usrblapped
