Sequential Tipping Application

Different from the original because it lists the tipper who has the highest total tips instead of the last tipper. For ascending tips, it shows how many tokens it would take for a single tip to meet goal. Tippers who tip less than the next tip needed receive a notice that their tip is appreciated but does not count towards meeting the goal.
