Set an amount for users to tip in order to speak in the chat.

Full Description

Set an amount for users to initially tip in order to speak in the room.

The broadcaster's username is entered in order to not block their messages.

There's also an option to require mods to tip in order to speak.

*A tip is only required once, after which they are able to speak the rest of the app's duration.
