Description :

A framework to release multiple apps which can be enabled or disabled by the broadcaster.
During startup, you need to set all the settings you want. You don't have to enable all the apps. It is possible to enable or disable the app using chat command.

The current version contains the following apps:
- welcome (bot)
- tip 4 love (app)
- goal (game)
- wheel of fortune (game)
- keno board (game)
- timer (utility)
- stop shouting (bot)

Commands that can be used when the app is running:
- /apps : show a list of available apps
- /running : show a list of apps that are currently enabled
- /reset [appname] : reset the requested app to it's default parmeters
- /enable [appname] : enable the requested app
- /disable [appname] : disable the requested app
- /info : shows the info of all the running apps
- /account [appname] [amount] : add or subtract tip count from a specified app.

welcome
-------------
A simple app which allows the broadcaster to give a personal welcome message each time a viewer enters the room.

tip 4 love
-------------
This app give the broadcaster an option to set a tipping label. The viewer can tip any number amount of tokens to show his/her/their love to the broadcaster.

goal
-------
The broadcaster can set a x amount of tokens to reach a goal. At every goal the broadcaster may enter a reward. Multiple rewards/goals are possible.
Viewers can see the list of goals by typing '/goals'

Wheel of fortune
-----------------------
The broadcaster can set the amount of tokens needed to turn the wheel and the prizes that can be won when turning the wheel.
Viewers can see a list of prizes by typing '/wheel'

Keno board
-----------------
This keno board consists of 99 spots. The broadcaster enters a list of possible prizes, this can be any amount. The board then randomly assigns each price to a spot.
the spots that are not assigned to a price will show "No price" to the viewers.
Viewer can see the board by typing '/board' and view the prizes by typing '/prizes'

Timer
---------
This is for broadcasters and mods only. When a viewer wins a price like '2 minutes nude' you can use '/timer 2' to set a 2 minute timer. after 2 minutes a notice will be send to indicated the 2 minutes are up.

Stop shouting
-------------------
If a viewer uses all capitals in his message he/she will get a warning. The message will be converted to lowercase and in the begining of the message '[volume decreased]' will be added. The second, thrd, etc. time this viewer shouts, the message will be replaced with '[my humble apologies for shouting]' and printed in a lighter shade of grey.
As a broadcaster or as a mod you can type '/shouters' to see who has been shouting.
